Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PT. Cipta Surya Creativindo, operating as Big Sun Digital (“Big Sun Digital”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information in BSD Jadwal Konten (the “Service”). The Service is a content calendar and publishing platform that Big Sun Digital provides to the brands we work with. Brands use it to view their social media schedule and publishing status. Our team uses it to schedule and publish content to the brands’ connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and TikTok accounts, on behalf of and with the authorization of each brand.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a hashed password for brand users and Big Sun Digital team members.
• Brand information: brand name and the contact details of the brand’s person in charge.
• Connected Facebook Page and Instagram data: when an account is connected through Facebook Login for Business, we receive the Page ID, Page name, Page access token, and the linked Instagram professional account ID and username, limited to the permissions granted.
• Connected TikTok data: when a TikTok account is connected, we receive the account’s open ID, display name, avatar, and access and refresh tokens, limited to the scopes granted (basic profile information and uploading content to the account’s inbox).
• Content: photos, videos, captions, and schedules added to the Service for publishing.
• Publishing records: post IDs, post links, publishing status, and error messages returned by Meta or TikTok.
• Usage logs: login times, IP addresses, and actions taken in the Service, for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

• To let users log in and to make sure each brand can only see its own content.
• To show each brand its content calendar, post previews, publishing status, and links to published posts.
• To publish scheduled content to the brand’s connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account.
• To send scheduled content to the connected TikTok account’s inbox, where the account holder completes and publishes the post in the TikTok app.
• To notify our team about scheduled, failed, or pending posts.
• To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not use data obtained from Meta or TikTok for advertising, for building user profiles, or for any purpose other than those listed above.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only:

• With Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, when content is published or sent to accounts that the brand has authorized.
• With the Big Sun Digital team members who manage the brand.
• With our hosting provider, which stores data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Big Sun Digital, the brands we work with, or others.

We do not disclose the administrators of a Facebook Page to third parties without their consent.

4. Meta and TikTok Platform Data

Data received through the Meta Platform and the TikTok API is used only to provide the Service as described in this policy, and in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Access tokens are used only to publish and manage content for the connected accounts. Big Sun Digital connects and manages a brand’s accounts only with the authorization of that brand.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secured servers. Access tokens are stored encrypted, passwords are hashed, and all access to the Service requires login. Each brand’s data is separated, and brand users can only see their own brand.

6. Data Retention

• Access tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected from the Service.
• Uploaded media files are deleted from our servers once they are no longer needed for publishing and record-keeping, or upon request.
• Other information is kept for as long as we provide the Service to the brand, or as required for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. You may also revoke the Service’s access to a connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or TikTok account at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to do this.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
