Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how brands and users can remove their data from BSD Jadwal Konten, the content calendar and publishing platform provided by PT. Cipta Surya Creativindo (Big Sun Digital).

1. Request deletion from Big Sun Digital

Send an email to ads@bigsun.asia with the subject “Data Deletion Request – BSD Jadwal Konten” and include:

• Your name and the brand you represent.
• The Facebook Page, Instagram account, TikTok account, or user email you want removed.

We will confirm your request and delete the related access tokens, account information, uploaded media, and publishing records within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

2. Remove access from Facebook or Instagram

You can remove the app’s access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account at any time in your Facebook settings, under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Find “BSD Jadwal Konten” and choose Remove. Once access is removed, the Service can no longer publish to that account.

3. Remove access from TikTok

In the TikTok app, open your account’s privacy or security settings, find the list of apps and services connected to your account, select “BSD Jadwal Konten”, and remove its access.
