Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of BSD Jadwal Konten (the “Service”), operated by PT. Cipta Surya Creativindo, operating as Big Sun Digital (“Big Sun Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BSD Jadwal Konten is a content calendar and publishing platform that Big Sun Digital provides to the brands we work with. Brands use it to view their content calendar, post previews, publishing status, and links to published posts. Big Sun Digital uses it to schedule and publish content to the brands’ connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and TikTok accounts, on behalf of each brand.

2. Accounts and Access

• The Service is available to brands that are clients of Big Sun Digital. Brand user accounts are created by Big Sun Digital.
• Brand users can view the calendar and content of their own brand only.
• You must keep your login details confidential. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Connected Social Media Accounts

• A brand’s social media accounts are connected only with the authorization of that brand, under its service agreement with Big Sun Digital. By authorizing the connection, the brand confirms that Big Sun Digital may publish content to those accounts on its behalf.
• The Service accesses connected accounts only within the permissions and scopes granted, and only to publish and manage the content scheduled in the Service.
• For TikTok, content is sent to the account’s TikTok inbox, and the post is completed and published by the account holder in the TikTok app.
• A brand may ask Big Sun Digital to disconnect its accounts at any time, or revoke access directly in its Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok settings.

4. Content

• Content remains the property of the brand or its rightful owner.
• The brand is responsible for ensuring it has the rights to the content, music, and materials provided for publishing.
• Content must not be unlawful, infringing, or misleading, and must comply with the terms and community guidelines of Meta and TikTok and the laws of Indonesia.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing depends on Meta and TikTok. Their terms, policies, and API availability apply, and they may change, limit, or reject posts. Big Sun Digital is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms.

6. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Big Sun Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including delayed or failed publishing, scheduling errors, or third-party platform outages.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or when a brand’s service agreement with Big Sun Digital ends.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
