Terms - Big Sun Digital

PostPilot is an internal social media scheduling and publishing tool built and operated by Big Sun Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use by Big Sun Digital team members and authorized brand partners. By accessing or using PostPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Service
PostPilot allows authorized users to schedule, manage, and publish content to connected social media platforms, including TikTok, on behalf of the brands managed by Big Sun Digital. The tool is intended for internal business use only and is not available for public registration.

2. Eligibility and Access
Access to PostPilot is restricted to Big Sun Digital employees, contractors, and authorized brand representatives who have been granted login credentials. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.

3. Connected Platform Accounts
When you connect a TikTok account (or any other social media account) to PostPilot, you authorize PostPilot to access and use that account’s data as permitted by the platform’s API and the scopes you approve, solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing content, retrieving basic account information, and displaying performance metrics.

4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use PostPilot to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the terms of service of any connected platform, including TikTok. Users are responsible for ensuring that all scheduled content complies with applicable platform policies and Indonesian law.

5. Content Ownership
All content uploaded, scheduled, or published through PostPilot remains the property of the respective brand or content owner. Big Sun Digital does not claim ownership of any content processed through the tool.

6. Service Availability
PostPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sun Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, PostPilot, including any issues related to scheduling failures, publishing errors, or connected platform outages.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PostPilot for any user who violates these Terms of Service or misuses the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PostPilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
